Kimberly Layne Roberts

Kimberly is a former Top Sales Executive and Vice President for Fortune 500 Companies such as Genpact, (GE), Optum, Boston Scientific, 3M. Her breadth of experience includes award winning sales, building out new verticals from ‘nihilo,” change management, and international BPO. She knows firsthand how leadership, understanding your team members as individuals, and your communication affect the productivity and success of your business. She now leverages her experience and expertise to engage leaders to create high performing teams through consulting, coaching, and educational speaking. As Principal of Performance Leadership Intl., she works with small to medium sized leaders and organizations to drive the following three elements: (1) leadership awareness, (2) talent optimization, and (3) business results.

Raised in the Midwest, Kimberly received her BBA from Kent State Honor’s University, her MBA from John Carroll University, and is pursuing her PHD in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Personally, Kimberly resides in Milly Valley, CA. with her husband and two boys. She loves dogs and has a “Sam the Ham” shih tzu, and Milly a cockapoo mix.  She loves to entertain with great food and wine, and is enthusiastic about improving her tennis game.
